| The dining room |
 |
This is a light and pleasant space with wooden clad walls, full of rustic charm. With its chimney and bar, the dining room is also the main living area of the Youth Hostel. Every evening in the harsh winter a crackling fire is lit to warm and comfort guests. The bar is not there just to quench your thirst but also to enable you to discover:
- the flavours of the land (Arbois wines)
- fair trade products such as coffee and tea sweetened with 'Mascobado'
There is also an information area in the dining room, which has details of:
- local and regional activities for tourists
- environmental, fair trade and Human Rights issues
The dining room, like the rest of the Youth Hostel, is NO SMOKING

| The terrace |
 |
The terrace is very sunny, perfect for lazing around and a place for meeting and getting to know people. The ideal setting for souvenir photos at the end of your stay!

| The garden and stream |
 |
Simple pleasures, in front of the Youth Hostel with a view over the surrounding hills.
Listen to the rippling of the stream, the singing of the birds and the wind rustling in the treetops. Breathe the invigorating mountain air bearing the fragrance of the moist spring soil, the perfume of the lilac, and the scent of mushrooms in the nearby wood. Feel the sharp cold winter pinching your nose, the icy current of the stream, the roughness of the spruce trunks and the softness of the moss! « Le Jura est le pays où l’homme s’épanouit ! » ('The Jura is where man blossoms').
